The Richards Grist Mill was begun in 1860 on orders from Brigham Young. Designed and constructed by one of America's foremost builder of mills Frederick Kesler. This landmark property was owned by Willard and Franklin Richards, two of the LDS church's most important Apostles. Presently the mill is a 6600 Sq. Ft. home with a great room, master suite and master bath that is unsurpassed in design and quality. Large windows, decks and patios take maximum advantage of the stunning views.
